# Welcome to CaterFlowAi Suite

Your catering automation system — running privately on your own computer.
Nothing here touches our servers: your client list, your prices, and your
inbox stay yours.

## 1. Install and open

Run the installer, then open **CaterFlowAi Suite**. The first launch takes a
minute or two while your workflows are set up — you'll see the progress on
screen. When it's ready, the workflow editor opens. On first open, create
your owner account (this account lives only on your computer).

## 2. Connect your accounts

Your workflows arrive blank on purpose — they run on *your* accounts, not
ours. Open any workflow and click a node with a red credential warning, then
choose **Create new credential** and sign in. You'll typically connect:

- Your business email (for quotes, confirmations, and follow-ups)
- Your calendar (for event scheduling)
- Your spreadsheet or CRM (for leads and event records)
- Your payment provider (for invoicing)

You only connect each account once — every workflow can reuse it.

## 3. Fill in your business details

Each workflow has a yellow note in the top corner listing exactly what to
customize. Anything written like `PASTE_YOUR_SPREADSHEET_ID` or
`YOUR_BUSINESS_NAME` is a placeholder waiting for your real value. Work
through one workflow at a time, top to bottom.

## 4. Test, then switch on

In any workflow, press **Execute workflow** to run it once with test data
and watch each step light up. When you're happy with it, flip the
**Inactive/Active** toggle at the top. Active workflows run automatically —
even when the editor is closed, as long as the app is open.

## 5. Day-to-day

Leave CaterFlowAi Suite running in the background during business hours.
Closing the app pauses your automations; opening it resumes them.

## 6. FOR MAC USERS ONLY

Your Mac Computer will Automatically block the startup of CaterFlowAi Suite because the App is currently unsigned by Apple (Future Updates WILL include Apple Certification

Here's the steps to get around it: 

1. Go to Applications, find CaterFlowAi Suite.
2. Right-click (or Control-click) on it — don't double-click.
3. Select Open from the menu.
4. A dialog will appear again, but this time with an Open button (not just "Move to Trash"). 
5. Click Open.
macOS will remember this choice going forward — you won't see the warning again for this app.
